When loading thin sheet specimens, due to insufficient lateral stiffness in the thickness direction, the specimens are prone to buckling, making the test impossible to conduct. Lishi's anti-buckling device provides full-process protection for the specimens, avoiding the previous phenomenon where buckling occurs in the middle part between the protection device and the clamping end when only the gauge length is protected. Combined with a high-precision strain measurement device, accurate strain measurement of the gauge length is achieved. This enables the strain-controlled fatigue test of thin sheet specimens, with the minimum thickness of the specimens reaching 0.5 mm.
