Overview

The electronic fatigue testing machine is specially developed to meet the operating requirements of high-frequency and small-load working conditions, as well as high integration and low power consumption. The equipment mainly consists of a test frame, lifting system, actuation system, control system and other components. The main frame adopts a double-column structure, and T-slots are arranged on the main test bench. The main beam is equipped with a built-in timing belt lifting system, which enables height adjustment of the beam without rotation of the lifting screw. The top of the beam is fixedly connected with the actuation system, whose core component is an imported linear motor. The fixing bracket of the linear motor adopts a special outer fin structure to meet the air-cooling operation requirement. The upper end of the actuation system integrates a displacement sensor and an anti-rotation assembly. A high-precision imported optical grating ruler is adopted for the displacement sensor, and a braking system is installed at the lower end of the actuation system. The sensor assembly can be fixed on the test bench or connected to the output shaft of the linear motor. An independent external control cabinet is configured, with an imported Doli controller adopted. This machine is applicable to precision tests of medical devices, as well as small-load fatigue tests in integrated circuits, new energy and other industries.
