Overview

The LF5105 -100kN floor-standing servohydraulic fatigue testing machine. Its actuator base-mounted design ensures exceptional overall stiffness and stability. Integrating a high-stiffness load frame, a high-performance hydraulic actuator, a precision controller, and professional software, it serves as an ideal platform for both static and dynamic fatigue testing.

Key system features include a hydraulically powered crosshead lift with automatic lock, an anti-rotation actuator guide, and an integral central control panel. It is equipped with a ±100kN fatigue-rated hydrostatic actuator, a high-precision HBM load cell, and a German-made Doli EDCi50 controller (with a 10kHz closed-loop control rate), collectively guaranteeing highly accurate and reliable test data. The dedicated "DynamicExpert" test software supports numerous international standards and enables tests such as high-cycle fatigue (HCF), low-cycle fatigue (LCF), fracture toughness, and crack growth.
