Features:

The machine utilizes high-strength guide columns to fix the upper crosshead and the worktable, forming a high-rigidity structural frame. It is driven by a servo motor that moves the crosshead up and down via a transmission mechanism to perform the test.

The machine can be equipped with manual grips or hydraulic grips. The hydraulic tensile grips feature a fixed piston rod and parallel clamping jaws, minimizing the axial force applied to the specimen during gripping. Additionally, the clamping force remains constant throughout the test, preventing specimen slippage. The jaws use an insert design, making replacement simple and convenient, thus improving work efficiency.
