Film Tensile Test

Tensile Test of Thermoplastic Materials

The tensile test of thermoplastic molding materials is primarily conducted to determine the tensile strength, tensile modulus, and other stress-strain relationships of specimens. The measurement of modulus is required in the initial stage of the test, typically calculated within the strain range of 0.05% to 0.25%. This necessitates extremely high precision in both stress and strain measurements. Lishi employs high-precision load cells and extensometers, enabling accurate measurement of the elastic modulus of specimens.
